I’ve Finished My Apprenticeship!
Hi, I’m Lillie Rogers, and I’m excited to share that I am now a permanent member of the Probadge team after officially completing my Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship!
After a year and a half of hard work, I’m incredibly grateful to be continuing my journey with Probadge—a team that has truly become like family.
During my time here, I’ve developed valuable life skills and gained so much experience, both professionally and personally.
I’m especially thankful to my manager, Kathy Lewis, for her continued support throughout my journey and as I take my next steps. I’m really excited to be starting further training in marketing—an area I’ve been passionate about since I first joined.
